What can I make with these ingredients?
Considering I love pumpkin and I know how Mike adores pumpkin chocolate chip cookies I decided to switch it up a bit.
I grabbed my mixer, bowls, measuring cups and spoons and worked my magic.
I came up with whole wheat pumpkin chocolate chip muffins.
Oh but wait there is more. You know I couldn't stop at just one batch on goodness. I grabbed my tools and worked more magic.
No, your eyes do not deceive you that is my coveted pumpkin bread. I love fall and with the weather trying to cool off here in Texas it was time to make my pumpkin bread. Ah, I love this time of year. Now if you need me I will be stuffing my face with pumpkin treats.
