With Mike's impending deployment he and I wanted to do something that would remind each other of the love we have for one another and our daughter. So we decided on getting bracelets with custom engravings on them since Mike can wear it during his flights. Now Mike has his, and I have mine. Our little Adia will also be receiving a special bracelet but we decided to wait until she is a little bigger since her wrists are so tiny.

It breaks my heart that Mike is going to be gone again but it is nice to have something that we both will wear daily to remind us of one another. I love my husband beyond words can express and he will be greatly missed during this deployment. But at least now we have one more thing that reminds us that we are truly bound together in love.

We are so grateful for Mike. And, Candice, you can call or text me any time, okay?! I work graveyards, remember, so even if it's in the middle of the night and I will make you laugh. Even if it takes an hour.
The bracelets are an excellent idea, something to keep forever and even pass on in the family for generations :)
