Our time at Fort Campbell came to an end last week. Which means we had a ton of crap to pack up. Mike did a ton of work and he deserves all the credit for getting us from Fort Campbell, KY to Fort Hood, TX. During our move we learned two valuable lessons; one, hire movers don't do it yourself it is too much work. Two, being pregnant while moving is no fun since all I felt was like a bump on a log.
Here are some pictures from our move from Fort Campbell. I will post pictures of our new house once we get more settled.
Our 22' Moving truck
Mike loading some of the last items, doesn't he look enthused?
Chief proud that the whole house fit
Me being a bump on a log these days
Last picture of us by the house, as you can tell we are both exhausted
On the road to Texas
Filling up in trashy Arkansas
Mike and Chief getting some well deserved sleep at our hotel in Texas
Me pulling a face, gearing up to go unload our truck into a storage unit
Stay tuned for pictures of our new house in the next week or two.

Hahaha! I love these pictures.
You guys had a CRAZY week! I dont envy you one bit.
Texas? You are crazy to live someplace so hot while you are pregnant!
Is this close to where Wendy lived? That would be so sad if you move there when she moved away. I love all your updates about your baby. I hope your feeling okay. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and your new house.
I should really read your blog more often!!! I so know the bump on a log feeling. I was pregnant when we moved into our house in texas, out of our house in texas, and into our house in tucson. It really does suck cause you want to help, you are just physically unable to. Glad you made it safe, can't wait to see pics of the new place!
and yes, becky, it is about three hours from where I lived. Heather lives less than two hours from where I lived, and the both moved there AFTER I moved away. I am so sad, I would have come to visit Candice ALL the time! Little stinks!
