Anyone who really knows me knows that I love to cook and bake. Ever since I was a little girl I have been obsessed with cooking and baking. Heck even when I was 7'ish I use to make a cheesecake every Sunday which by the way was my first cooking show appearance. :) I use to play "Candi's Kitchen" I would drag out my mom's ironing board cover it with a sheet and then talk to my "audience"(myself) and teach them step by step how to make a cheesecake. Well as I have grown up my audience no longer exists as well I am no longer stuck in my cheesecake rut. In fact tonight I decided to bake Pumpkin Bread with a Cinnamon Icing....I bet you are salivating over the though eh? Well here is a picture of the goodness I created tonight at around midnight.

OH SHUT UP! I can't wait to have "Candi's Kitchen" in just a few more days. I've had a pumpkin craving for a week now. This made it more intense! Somehow I don't think a spiced pumpkin late' is going to fix it now.

Gorgeous! So, where it the recipe sweetheart? Not that I can do much with it if it has eggs in it, but you know... She is supposed to outgrow that one, let's keep our fingers crossed!
So I DID make my apple pie from scratch tonight. Crust and all! Woohoo! But ya know, it didn't turn out pretty enough to take a picture of. It DID taste good enough though! And, yes, I'm back to ogle your food.
